Job summary

Park Place Behavioral Health Care is seeking a detail-oriented records/clinical admin professional to maintain client documentation and support discharge planning. You will ensure records are accurate, complete, and compliant with AHCA, SAMH, CARF, and private insurer standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Psychology or related field and 2+ years in mental health, with strong MS Office skills and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s in Psychology or Mental Health Related field.
• Two (2) years' experience in the mental health field.
• Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper client records according to regulatory standards.
• Coordinate and implement transition/discharge plans for clients.
• Interview clients to obtain history on family, emotional, medical, and substance use.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to support goals.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain client files.
