Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong personal computer skills (i.e., Email, Word, Excel).
• Good typing skills (20 wpm).

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of the patient's plan of care and facilitate throughput.
• Conduct utilization review.
• Promote appropriate utilization of resources.
• Identify needs and establish safe and appropriate discharge plans.
• Collaborate with the patient, caregivers, Attending Physician, Utilization Review Coordinator and other treatment team members.
