Qualifications

• 2 years hospital/medical office experience required.
• Must understand medical terminology and insurance processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience with registration and billing software programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care services for assigned patients with the care team and payors.
• Assist with discharge planning, referrals, and follow-up appointments.
• Verify insurance and obtain authorizations; document activities in required systems.
• Maintain effective relationships across the health system.
