ServiceMaster Restoration of Wilmington is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as restoration technicians. You will assess damaged properties, clean and store contents, and replace damaged materials while prioritizing safety and customer communication.

Work includes indoor and outdoor sites, residential and commercial projects, with potential for weekend/on-call duties. Prioritize tasks and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License with satisfactory driving record.
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess damaged properties to determine what can be saved.
• Clean and store damaged contents until return to home.
• Remove and replace damaged materials such as walls, ceilings, and floors.
