Job summary

ServiceMaster Restoration of Wilmington is seeking compassionate, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as restoration technicians. You will assess damaged properties, clean damaged areas, and replace materials while maintaining safety standards.

Indoor and outdoor work across residential and commercial sites is common. A typical work week consists of eight-hour days, five days per week, with some weekend and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills essential.
• Customer service skills and problem-solving ability valued.

Responsibilities

• Assess damaged properties to determine what can be saved.
• Clean and store damaged contents until returned to home.
• Remove and replace damaged materials such as walls, flooring, and carpets.
• Address fire or water damage issues, including drying and mold prevention.
• Sanitize structural features that can be saved and communicate with homeowners.
