ServiceMaster DSI in Lee's Summit, MO is seeking a Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial losses from fire, water, mold and disasters. You will develop client relationships, grow accounts, and manage projects from start to finish with support from a Construction Superintendent.

The role includes a base salary of $75,000–$90,000 per year and eligibility for an annual bonus; health, dental, vision and 401(k) benefits are offered, along with a company vehicle and opportunities for

Qualifications

• 2-3 years prior disaster restoration experience (residential & commercial) – Required.
• Restoration estimating experience and ability to write scopes in Xactimate – Required.
• Attention to detail.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to travel out of town is preferred.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide repair and restoration estimates for provided project leads.
• Lead communication efforts between customer and insurance providers.
• Monitor and control construction through the on-site Superintendent to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Evaluate construction progress and team performance to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Manage financial aspects of repair and restoration projects.
• Identify potential legal problems and liaise with Branch Manager and Superintendent.
