Job summary

Endurant Disaster Recovery is seeking a Mitigation Property Specialist in Norcross, GA. You will manage client experiences from initial response through project completion, ensuring accurate scoping, scheduling, and delivery to standards.

You will lead coordination of crews and subcontractors, negotiate scope and pricing, and monitor job profitability while maintaining safety and quality. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in construction management or related field is a plus.
• Experience in restoration, construction, or related field-services production or project-coordination role.
• Strong customer service, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects, crews, and subcontractors simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and ability to respond to priority or emergency calls as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer and client experience, communicating production processes and expectations.
• Provide priority response to potential customers, evaluating needs and converting leads into jobs.
• Develop and negotiate project scope of work and estimates with client approval.
• Schedule and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and resources to keep projects on track.
• Oversee production quality and job-site standards, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Manage job file documentation and ongoing communication with stakeholders.
• Control production expenses, including labor and supplies, and monitor profitability.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and assigned work vehicles.
• Uphold safety practices and risk management guidelines for the team.
• Recruit, train, and manage production personnel; contribute to leadership development.
• Pursue ongoing professional development to grow expertise.
• Perform other duties as required by employer.
