Job summary

Parker Young Construction LLC is seeking a Mitigation Property Specialist to join our team in Norcross, GA. This full-time role ensures mitigation work is scoped accurately and delivered to Parker Young's quality and safety standards.

You will convert leads into jobs, negotiate scope and pricing, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and keep production on schedule and within budget. You will oversee documentation, expenses, and staff performance to drive profitability and uphold our reputation

Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma; degree in construction management or business a plus.
Experience in restoration, construction, or related field services production or coordination.
Strong customer service, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage the customer and client experience from first response to project completion.
Convert leads into jobs and negotiate project scope and pricing.
Schedule crews and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Oversee job documentation, expenses, and staff performance.
Ensure safety and quality standards on site and maintain clean, orderly sites.
Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders and manage production budgets.
Recruit, train, and develop production personnel; uphold Parker Young brand.
