Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead restoration/remediation and cleaning on sites.
• Identify damage sources and assess salvageability.
• Plan restoration, estimate charges, and obtain client approvals.
• Supervise production technicians and manage crews.
• Ensure safety and compliance on job sites.
• Maintain site documentation and reports.
• Travel for large-loss jobs as needed.
