Job summary

ServiceMaster by Rice seeks a Project Manager to lead emergency restoration projects at residential and commercial sites. You will assist the Management Team/Area Manager in daily operations, supervise production technicians, and help grow revenue while controlling costs.

The role involves managing large loss jobs, coordinating with customers and insurers, and ensuring high-quality customer service on all projects. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in water and fire restoration, mold remediation, and cleaning techniques preferred; certifications in these areas a plus.
• People and project management experience required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills essential.
• Ability to sketch spaces, take measurements, and calculate billable charges.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead emergency and disaster restoration projects for residential and commercial sites.
• Assist Management Team/Area Manager with day-to-day operations and supervision of production technicians.
• Provide estimates and invoices for restoration services; coordinate with customers and insurance representatives.
• Manage large loss projects, including out-of-town travel and overnight stays.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and maintain equipment and supplies.
