Job summary

Royal Plus is seeking a Mitigation Project Manager to lead emergency restoration projects across water, fire, mold and storm losses. This field leadership role manages projects from initial response through completion while ensuring quality, safety and customer satisfaction.

You will oversee day-to-day field operations, coordinate crews and subcontractors, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with IICRC standards. Travel to job sites and on-call rotations required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in restoration or mitigation.
• Strong understanding of IICRC standards (WRT preferred).
• Experience using restoration software such as Encircle, DASH or Xactimate.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations for mitigation projects.
• Respond to loss sites, assess damage and develop scopes of work.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment and materials.
• Monitor progress and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Communicate with homeowners, property managers and clients.
• Maintain job documentation using Encircle and DASH.
• Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Supervise field technicians and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with contents and reconstruction teams for smooth transitions.
• Support job coordination, scheduling and on-call emergency response.
