BMS CAT, a national leader in disaster restoration, seeks a Project Coordinator to estimate fire, water, flood, and mold losses for residential and commercial properties. You will partner with insurance carriers, adjusters, TPAs, and property managers to ensure accurate scopes, competitive pricing, and profitable execution.

This role blends technical estimating with referral-driven sales and marketing, producing accurate estimates while developing relationships that generate new revenue

Qualifications

• 1 year of hands-on estimating experience in residential and commercial losses.
• Xactimate experience strongly preferred.
• Experience building B2B relationships and generating referral business.
• Comfort supporting marketing efforts (presentations, networking, meetings).

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emergency losses with urgency and ownership to secure opportunities.
• Prepare accurate, competitive estimates for residential and commercial projects.
• Conduct site inspections and translate observations into scopes of work.
• Collaborate with production and project management for smooth handoffs and scope alignment.
• Identify scope gaps and obtain approvals through documentation and adjuster communication.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain open bid pipeline.
• Pursue referral partnerships and stay top-of-mind with partners between projects.
• Convert opportunities into long-term referral relationships.
