Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI is hiring a Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial losses due to fire, water, mold, and natural disasters. You will develop client relationships, manage projects end-to-end with a Construction Superintendent, and oversee contractors. Experience in sales and project management is desired.

• Requires prior disaster restoration experience (residential & commercial).
• Experience writing scopes in Xactimate & Symbility.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide repair and restoration estimates for project leads.
• Lead communication between customer and insurance providers.
• Monitor/champion construction progress with on-site Superintendent to keep on schedule and budget.
• Evaluate progress and team performance to ensure timely project delivery.
• Manage financial aspects of repair and restoration projects.
