ServiceMaster Restoration Services in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a Project Manager to lead restoration projects after disasters. This hands-on front-line role focuses on defining scope, coordinating teams, and ensuring quality across the project lifecycle.

You will inspect projects, plan actions, monitor progress, and adjust steps to meet standards while supporting customers and stakeholders. The role combines office and field work, with travel to active sites.

Qualifications

• 1 year in management or in the disaster restoration industry.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Fluent in industry standards and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project scope processes with quality and performance standards.
• Coordinate internal and external resources for flawless project execution.
• Provide on-site support guiding technicians on losses.
• Document losses with sketch and scope sheet for estimates.
• Develop partnerships with third‑party resources, adjusters, and customers.
• Assign and monitor resources to maximize efficiency.
• Report outcomes/risks to management and escalate as needed.
• Participate in on-call schedule as assigned.
• Develop competed estimates using Xactimate and related tools.
• Rotate through on-call duties successfully.
• Other duties as assigned.
