Job summary

ServiceMaster of South Shore Inc is seeking a field sales liaison in California to manage relationships with existing customers and referral sources after service, while identifying additional revenue opportunities.

The role targets 1–2 years in disaster restoration, IICRC certifications preferred, and a valid driver’s license. You will travel regionally, maintain strong communication, and contribute to ongoing sales efforts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in the Disaster Restoration field; IICRC certifications preferred.
• 6–12 months of sales experience or training desired but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally and work outside standard hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Contacts customers before and after service to ensure satisfaction and develop additional prospects.
• Prospects and develops new sales leads in assigned verticals.
• Manage relationships with insurance agents and other key referrers.
• Build product knowledge and refine sales techniques for relationships and verticals.
• Prepare documents for client job files and reviews.
