Disaster Response Program Manager (DART) – On-Call

Job summary

Samaritan's Purse is seeking a DART member focused on program management and development for humanitarian deployments in the United States and internationally. You will help deliver services such as water, food, shelter, NFI, and medical care to disaster-affected populations, under on-call deployment terms.

Responsibilities include planning, designing, and implementing programs, monitoring performance, reporting, and ensuring compliance with organization standards.

Qualifications

• Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and witness.
• Willing to deploy 3–4 weeks, up to two times per year on short notice.
• Able to perform essential duties in fast-paced, high-stress deployments.
• Fluency in English; Spanish and/or French preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and implement disaster response programs.
• Oversee WASH, food assistance, shelter, NFI distribution, and healthcare activities.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report program performance.
• Maintain compliance with Samaritan's Purse standards and humanitarian protocols.
