Job summary

Endeavors seeks a Resource Coordinator to support its Disaster Case Management (DCM) program. The role focuses on identifying and expanding community resources for disaster survivors, conducting outreach, and serving as a liaison between Endeavors and partners to align with FEMA and organizational standards.

The position requires proactive resource development, strong relationship-building with local agencies, and ensuring case managers have up-to-date resources and referrals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in behavioral sciences, human services, or social services.
• High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years of related experience accepted as substitute.
• Experience in outreach, community engagement, or disaster response preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, maintain, and expand local resources to support disaster survivors.
• Build relationships with community partners, VOAD/COAD, and faith-based groups.
• Provide resource information to Case Managers for IRPs and referrals.
• Ensure resource database integrity and timely reporting; 100% on-time submissions.
