Endeavors seeks a DCM Case Manager Supervisor to lead a team delivering disaster case management to survivors. You will ensure Needs Assessments, Service Plans, and community referrals are performed timely and accurately, while maintaining meaningful client contact and quality services.

Competenze

• Associate’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of one year of experience in publicly facing case management.
• Knowledge of FEMA’s Disaster Case Management framework.
• Knowledge of 2 C.F.R. 200, 44 C.F.R., and the Stafford Act.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Technical skills in analysis, business accounting principles, and knowledge of construction methodologies.
• Ability to successfully clear the required criminal background check.

• Provide leadership to Case Managers and monitor caseloads to meet survivor needs.
• Hold regular staff meetings and communicate program updates.
• Supervise hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain staff retention and timely evaluations; offer professional development.
• Balance caseloads and ensure IRPs/Service Plans are current.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and case status updates.
• Promote continuous learning and training participation.
• Engage with survivors and community partners to build trust.
• Demonstrate servant leadership and mission alignment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
