Qualifications

• Experience in direct services or case management preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage disaster recovery cases with assessments and recovery plans.
• Coordinate housing, utilities, financial, and health services resources.
• Document assessments, referrals, services, and outcomes accurately.
• Identify gaps and report community needs to leadership.
• Build partnerships with local governments, nonprofits, and volunteers.
• Represent United Way in regional recovery activities and advisory groups.
• Support preparedness, education, and disaster response activities.
• Develop policies, procedures, and knowledge bases for readiness.
• Support grant reporting with data, outcomes, and success stories.
• Provide professional, confidential service and promote United Way brand.
• Adapt to changing priorities and collaborate across departments.
