Job summary

The Salvation Army in Spokane, WA seeks a Manager of Disaster Recovery and Case Management to lead disaster survivors' recovery services. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or at least three years of relevant case management experience in the social services field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as The Salvation Army’s community liaison for survivor resources and recovery services.
• Provides direct supervision, leadership, and oversight to disaster recovery and case management staff.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive map of community resources available to disaster survivors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and other recovery organizations.
• Manage program data, survivor records, service statistics, and required reports.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up services for survivors.
• Represent The Salvation Army at community recovery meetings and collaborative events.
• Provide regular program updates to leadership, including service outcomes, emerging needs, and barriers to recovery.
