Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Disaster Program Delivery Specialist to support FEMA Public Assistance projects. The role involves data review, coordinating with applicants, scheduling meetings, and assisting with claims and determinations. Travel is 100% and a FEMA badge is required.

High school diploma required with 5 years field experience (2 years with a bachelor’s degree). Domestic travel is required; driving license needed. This is an Evergreen pipeline position for future needs.

Responsibilities

• Collects, coordinates and/or reviews applicant data to determine eligibility and priorities
• Schedules regular meetings and tracks applicant requests with FEMA
• Reviews damage details, scopes, costs, and assists with determinations and close-out communications
• Coordinates site inspections and supports the FEMA Public Assistance grant delivery process
• Must be able to obtain a FEMA Badge and pass background checks
