Job summary

CTG is seeking an IT Infrastructure Business Analyst focused on Disaster Recovery in Dallas, TX. The role involves gathering requirements, defining RTOs/RPOs, and coordinating across infrastructure, security, and business continuity teams to drive DR initiatives.

The position requires 5+ years in business analysis for IT infrastructure projects, strong documentation and communication skills, and experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and Visio. Hybrid work with three days onsite.

Qualifications

5+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably supporting IT infrastructure projects.
Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.
Experience supporting infrastructure, Disaster Recovery, business continuity, or related IT initiatives preferred.
Experience documenting requirements, processes, workflows, risks, issues, and project dependencies.
Experience working in a project-based environment with multiple concurrent priorities.
Occasional travel to other facilities may be required.

Responsibilities

Support IT infrastructure and Disaster Recovery initiatives by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements.
Partner with infrastructure, application, security, business continuity, and other technical teams to define Disaster Recovery requirements and objectives.
Document recovery requirements, including Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs).
Develop and maintain project documentation, process flows, requirements documentation, status reports, and project plans.
Track project activities, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues using JIRA, Microsoft Project, and related tools.
Create and maintain process diagrams, workflows, and technical documentation using Visio and Confluence.
Facilitate meetings and working sessions with technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive project activities.
Monitor project progress and communicate status, risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders.
Assist with Disaster Recovery planning, testing, remediation activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are completed on schedule.
Support other IT infrastructure-related business analysis activities as needed.
