AND-E is seeking a senior Disaster Recovery professional to own the enterprise DR strategy, framework, and governance across on‑prem and cloud environments. You will conduct Business Impact Analyses with stakeholders and define RTOs/RPOs, then plan and execute DR exercises with post-test reports and remediation tracking.

You'll ensure backups meet regulatory requirements (DORA, ISO 22301, ISO 27001) and maintain runbooks, dependency maps, and KPI reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business continuity management, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in IT infrastructure or business continuity, including 3–4 years focused on enterprise Disaster Recovery.
• Hands-on experience defining and validating RTOs/RPOs and translating them into technical recovery requirements.
• Proven track record planning and executing DR exercises for critical systems, with structured post-test reporting.
• Solid understanding of backup and recovery technologies across on-premises and cloud (e.g., Veeam, Zerto, AWS/Azure DR).
• Working knowledge of DORA, ISO 22301, and ISO 27001, including audit preparation experience.
• Fluent English; German language skills are an advantage.

What it takes to succeed in this role

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Continuity Management, or equivalent experience.
