Cotton Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Representative in Boston, MA. This role focuses on creating revenue by consulting with property owners after damage events and being on-call 24/7 to respond rapidly.

Building trust and knowledge in construction, roofing, and restoration are essential to success. The position requires five years of related experience and strong communication, time management, and customer service skills within a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Five years' experience in one or more of these fields: restoration, military, customer service, construction, insurance, or sales.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Computer literacy with a working knowledge of common business software such as Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to leads 24/7, immediately following escalation from Cotton’s BI Center or local referrals.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with property owners/managers who have experienced property loss.
• Effectively communicate Cotton’s suite of services to affected property owners/managers.
• Identify and articulate critical steps and services necessary for recovery.
• Act as liaison between client and Cotton operations personnel.
• Perform business development outreach when not responding to emergencies.
