Cotton Holdings, Inc. in Cumberland, RI is seeking a Restoration Project Manager to lead field operations on complex disaster recovery projects. You will manage budgets, coordinate subs and vendors, ensure safety, and maintain strong communication with clients and adjusters to uphold Cotton’s standards.

The role requires heavy restoration project knowledge, OSHA training, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Travel nationwide may be required and on-call scheduling applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Heavy restoration project knowledge REQUIRED.
• Understanding of workflow procedures and systems.
• Knowledge of insurance industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with operations daily on project to ensure projects are running smoothly.
• Keep customers and insurance adjusters up to date on all project activities. Adhere to all company protocol, project and safety policies, accounting procedures etc.
• Ensure that service quality is at the company’s highest standard.
• Set budget on project to ensure profitability.
• Perform work within given budget or communicate job from beginning to end.
• Develop a Site Safety Plan to communicate and have followed by Field Supervisor and labor.
• Keep client and adjuster informed to promote good customer service.
• Maintain the highest integrity to ensure the “Cotton” image is viewed positively.
