Job summary

Cotton Holdings, Inc. in Boston is seeking a National Business Development professional to expand our client base and strengthen relationships with industry decision-makers.

You’ll drive growth by identifying opportunities, presenting compelling solutions, and negotiating long-term contracts that support our disaster restoration and construction services. Reporting to the Business Development Department, you’ll coordinate with Project teams, manage vendor relationships, and promote our brand

Qualifications

• Education: Marketing, Business degree, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience: Proven sales and management experience, with experience in the insurance industry being a plus.
• Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Technical Requirements: Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and client acquisition through in-person presentations to key decision-makers.
• Drive revenue growth via strategic partnerships.
• Manage client relationships and serve as continuity partner for emergencies.
• Coordinate with Project Coordinators, Project Managers, and Field personnel.
• Promote services and increase revenue using marketing tools.
• Monitor, train, and assist in maintaining vendor programs.
• Represent Cotton Holdings with integrity and professionalism.
