Job summary

Tidal Basin HoldCo, LLC is seeking Field Liaison Coordinators to support episodic deployments in Florida. You will bring field logistics, technical support, and Starlink system operations to disaster-affected communities.

Role requires ability to travel, work in demanding environments, and coordinate with multiple agencies. Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience with Starlink and IT support is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in disaster response or related fields is a plus.
• Proven ability to operate with limited supervision in dynamic environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; quick to learn new software or tools.

Responsibilities

• Deploy to disaster areas to provide on-the-ground logistics and technical support.
• Set up and support Starlink systems and Wi‑Fi networks for clients.
• Coordinate with EOCs, counties, and agencies to meet mission needs.
• Maintain accurate incident logs, inventories, and operational updates.
• Prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
