Qualifications

• MA/MS Degree in an environmental field or related discipline.
• Extensive knowledge of environmental laws for resource protection.
• Experience with federal environmental management and emergency planning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support FEMA field operations under NDRF.
• Prepare Recovery Needs Assessments and Recovery Support Strategies.
• Engage with state, tribal, local partners and DOI regions.
• Develop field reports and brief leadership on progress and issues.
• Collaborate with SMEs and agencies to align NCR RSF efforts.
