Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking experienced Site Inspectors to support disaster recovery programs nationwide. This on-call role involves field, remote, or hybrid inspections of facilities affected by various disasters and coordinating with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in building inspection, construction, or damage assessments.
• Ability to collect, document, and organize field data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, mobile data collection apps, and cloud-based systems.
• Willingness to travel on short notice and work in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field and desktop inspections of facilities and infrastructure impacted by disasters.
• Document damages to public buildings, roads, bridges, utilities, and infrastructure.
• Capture photos, measurements, and site conditions to support recovery programs.
• Prepare clear site inspection reports and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate site visits with stakeholders and communicate inspection requirements.
