Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking a Data Analyst - Disaster Recovery Cadre (Finance) to support FEMA Public Assistance and other disaster recovery programs. The role focuses on developing accurate, defensible cost estimates for infrastructure restoration and emergency work, with assignments that may be remote, field-based, or hybrid.

As part of the Disaster Recovery Cadre, you will evaluate damaged facilities, validate project scopes, and assist with funding eligibility determinations while coordinating

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in construction estimating or related discipline.
• Experience developing conceptual, parametric, and detailed cost estimates.
• Experience estimating labor, equipment, materials, and construction costs.
• Familiarity with modern construction practices and project scope development.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

• Support FEMA Public Assistance and disaster recovery programs through scoping, damage assessment, and estimating.
• Prepare labor, equipment, materials, and general conditions cost estimates.
• Review engineering reports, plans, and cost documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and staff to define eligible work.
• Maintain project records and supporting documentation per client requirements.
