Job summary
Tetra Tech is seeking a Data Analyst - Disaster Recovery Cadre (Finance) to support FEMA Public Assistance and other disaster recovery programs by developing accurate cost estimates for infrastructure restoration and emergency work. This on-call role may be remote, field-based, or hybrid depending on project needs.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in construction estimating or related field.
- Experience developing conceptual, parametric, and detailed cost estimates.
- Experience estimating labor, equipment, materials, and construction costs.
- Familiar with modern construction practices, project scopes, and field inspections.
Responsibilities
- Support FEMA Public Assistance and disaster recovery programs through cost estimating.
- Perform site inspections and assess damages to understand required repairs.
- Develop and validate project scopes and cost estimates for infrastructure projects.
- Prepare cost analyses for roads, bridges, utilities, buildings and other public works.
- Maintain documentation and support audit/ program review processes.
