Job summary

Tetra Tech, Inc. is seeking an experienced Cost Estimator to support FEMA Public Assistance and other disaster recovery programs. You will develop accurate cost estimates for infrastructure restoration, emergency work, and permanent work, evaluating damaged facilities and validating project scopes as part of a on-call cadre role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in construction estimating or related fields.
• Experience developing conceptual, parametric, and detailed cost estimates.
• Experience estimating labor, equipment, materials, and construction costs.
• Familiarity with modern construction practices and project scope development.
• Ability to travel for field assignments.

Responsibilities

• Support FEMA Public Assistance and disaster recovery programs with cost estimating.
• Conduct site inspections and validate disaster-related damages and repairs.
• Develop and document project scopes and cost estimates.
• Prepare cost analyses for infrastructure and facilities.
• Support program delivery teams and maintain records per requirements.
