You will engage with disaster recovery and mitigation programs, maintain records, and coordinate meetings, minutes, and closeout packages.

The role requires handling mail, email, and phone communications and assisting multiple teams across the agency. A high school diploma and relevant program experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Closeout Manager with closing out grant programs.
• Perform data entry and project record-keeping.
• Coordinate meetings and transcribe board and meeting minutes.
• Prepare and maintain closeout packages for Closeout Manager.
• Coordinate correspondence via mail, email, and voice telecommunications.
• Provide support to all teams within the agency as needed.
