Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work or a related field.
• Case management experience; one to two years preferred.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated critical-thinking, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• High level of technology proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and manage multiple cases.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and work independently.
• Ability to work in remote and mobile outreach environments.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to complete required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to disaster survivors and assess unmet needs.
• Develop and advance individualized disaster recovery plans.
