Job summary

Gurr Brothers Construction seeks a Mitigation Project Manager to oversee emergency mitigation projects from assessment to completion. You will direct technicians, manage scopes, estimates, and plans, and ensure safety and quality standards meet industry rules.

The ideal candidate brings a strong mitigation background, leadership in teams, and a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of mitigation/restoration experience or related field.
• Leadership or crew management experience required.
• IICRC certifications (WRT required; FSRT/ASD/AMRT preferred).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day mitigation operations across field crews, equipment, and sites.
• Conduct on-site inspections to assess water, fire, or mold damage and determine steps.
• Create scopes, estimates, and job plans using company software and industry standards.
• Lead, mentor, and support technicians to ensure high performance and service quality.
• Maintain communication with customers, insurance adjusters, and internal teams throughout the job.
