Endeavors seeks a Disaster Human Services Social Worker to join a multidisciplinary assessment team. You will evaluate how disasters affect human service providers, document impacts on services, and support recovery planning. Travel nationwide is required as part of deployment readiness and field operations.

You will bring a social work background, crisis support skills, and experience with vulnerable populations, with readiness to complete required trainings and credentialing before deployment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or closely related field preferred.
• Experience in social services, disaster response, or needs assessment is preferred.
• Must complete required screening, credentialing, and training before deployment.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy with Disaster Human Services Impact Assessment teams and support field activities.
• Assess and document operational impacts on service access and delivery.
• Coordinate with engineers and partners to identify service gaps and recovery needs.
