Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conducts site inspections to validate and record infrastructure damage, including photos and sketches.
• Develops scopes of work and cost estimates with code and standard requirements.
• Reviews engineering reports, designs, and as-built plans.
• Makes recommendations regarding claim eligibility and hazard mitigation proposals.
• Coordinates with applicants to prioritize projects and communicates final determinations to applicants.
• Provides analyses and updates in status meetings with FEMA and identifies need for technical specialists.
• May coordinate basic to moderately complex site inspections for FEMA Public Assistance.
• Other duties as assigned.
