Job summary

All Hands & Hearts is seeking a Content & Communications Lead to shape how we tell donor, partner, and public stories. You will own the blog, email, and social channels and align messaging with fundraising goals while centering disaster-affected communities.

In collaboration with Development and Operations, you’ll plan the editorial calendar, manage content pipelines with your team, and ensure timely, dignified storytelling across channels, including surge response during activations.

Qualifications

• Plan and write weekly blog posts and long-form stories.
• Maintain messaging guidance across channels.
• Advise on messaging for campaigns and announcements.

• Develop and carry out content strategy aligned to priorities and fundraising goals.
• Own the blog, email, and social channels with consistent brand voice.
