Job summary

World Relief Western Washington is seeking a Communications Coordinator to join our Development Team. The role focuses on telling our story to donors, churches, and partners, while maintaining branding and messaging consistency across channels.

The position supports both direct mail and digital communications, including email campaigns, social media, and website updates, with a strong emphasis on ethics in storytelling and collaboration with programs.

Qualifications

• Excellent written communication in English with strong spelling and grammar.
• Experience with social media marketing and multi-channel campaigns.
• Graphic design / content creation ability.

Responsibilities

• Partner communications across donor channels.
• Write and design printed materials and direct mail.
• Manage direct mail calendars, donor communications, and data integrity across systems (CRM).
• Oversee digital communications including email campaigns, website updates, and social media content.
• Event support and coordination for fundraising activities.
• Story stewardship and media library management.
