Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. in West Fargo, ND is seeking a Team Lead for Reman Drivetrain to guide a small team and ensure PQVC metrics are met. The role involves stepping in for absent leads and coordinating with the Section Manager on continuous improvements.

The incumbent will mentor staff, manage safety procedures, and drive process improvements, while maintaining production quality and timely reporting. This is a shift-based operations leadership role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two-year tech school degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train new team members and provide on-the-job coaching.
• Fill in for other team members and run operations in assigned area.
• Mentor employees and participate in performance reviews.
• Own and report area PQVC metrics with timely updates.
• Participate in PID processes and CI initiatives.
• Support safety, 5S, and cross-training activities.
