Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or HiSet to qualify.

Responsibilities

• Train new and current employees on production processes, safety and quality standards.
• Work with production to meet daily goals and maintain manufacturing standards.
• Follow work instructions, submit PCR for incorrect work instructions, contribute to continuous improvement.
• Team Player, communicate effectively.
• Uses existing procedures and basic problem-solving techniques to define or resolve routine problems.
• Complete daily pallet jack and hoist inspections and maintains good housekeeping practices.
• Operate manual pallet jack, press, vise, hand tools, wash tank, solvent tank, solder gun, various air tools, gauges, testers, computer, copy machine.
• Ensure completion of responsibility sheets.
