Job summary

Grand Traverse Industries (GTI) is seeking a Program Manager to support Life Enrichment and Work programs, guiding participants to grow personally and professionally with hands-on supervision and skill-building activities. The role emphasizes compassion, collaboration, and inclusion as part of a supportive team.

You will help participants reach goals, maintain activities, and ensure quality of GTI products and services while keeping simple caseload documentation up to date.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must pass a background check.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Follow and uphold company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for completing and staying current in all mandatory trainings.
• Promote positive social interactions.
• Support individuals in the community, in their job, or at their job (enclaves or facility based).
• Teach skills to expand a person's independence and progress toward goals.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, follows all safety protocols.
• Administer medications, support individuals with hygiene, and provide supervision in all settings.
• Maintain a positive relationship and adequate communication with each client's home provide, CSM, parents, guardians, and other support.
• Provide transportation with a company vehicle for work or community access.
• Complete quality control, track client work totals, plan work schedules.
• Maintains an advocacy role.
• May be assigned to work in other departments or programs.
• Any other duties assigned.
