Grand Traverse Industries (GTI) is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for our Day Program. This part-time role provides one-on-one support to an individual, helping them participate in activities, build relationships, and access the community while pursuing personal goals.

You may lead activities, explore the community, and teach life skills, with paid training, professional development, and advancement opportunities. NADSP certification can boost earnings through a generous bonus.

Position Details

• Part-Time: Up to 28 hours per week, with the opportunity for full-time employment
• Starting Pay: $17.13 per hour
• Paid training and professional development
• Opportunities for advancement
• NADSP Certification Bonus: Earn up to $3,900 by completing all three levels of National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals (NADSP) certification.
