Grand Traverse Industries (GTI) is seeking a Program Manager to support Life Enrichment and Work programs, guiding participants to grow personally and professionally with hands-on supervision and skill-building activities. As a Program Manager you will provide support for team members in our Life Enrichment Program and Work programs, you'll play a key role in helping participants grow personally and professionally. You'll provide hands‑on support, encouragement, and supervision as individuals complete work tasks, participate in skill‑building activities, and engage in community outings. You'll also ensure quality standards for GTI products and services and maintain simple caseload documentation.

Lead engaging daily activities and community experiences.
Provide quality control for work completed within the program.
Encourage independence, confidence, and teamwork.
Maintain basic caseload paperwork and progress notes.
Full‑time, 40 hours/week (Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm)
Paid lunch breaks
Starting pay: $17.13–$19.50/hour
