The role includes assisting with daily living activities, hygiene, meals, and mobility, while ensuring a safe, clean home-like environment. Responsibilities also include medication administration, completing required paperwork, and coordinating with the house manager for medical appointments and transportation.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance if shift requires.
• Must be able to complete DSP classes and maintain Medication Administration authorization.
• Experience working with adults with disabilities is helpful.

Aufgaben

• Provide training and supervision to residents with disabilities.
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support residents with mobility and safety in the home-like environment.
• Assist with meals, laundry, and housekeeping tasks.
• Administer medications as needed and complete paperwork accurately.
• Coordinate transportation and medical appointments with the house manager.
