Job summary

Wettermark Keith is seeking a Disability Client Coordinator to bridge Intake and the SSD legal team, ensuring accurate intake data, proper attorney assignments, and timely consultations for clients.

You will coordinate with attorneys and support staff to maintain a smooth handoff, monitor calendar availability, and advocate for an exceptional client experience throughout the SSD process.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency with case management systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Prior legal intake or disability law experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive warm transfers from Intake Agents for new SSD clients.
• Review and verify all intake information for accuracy and completeness.
• Confirm client contact information and preferred communication methods.
• Educate prospective clients on next steps in the representation process.
• Assign clients to the appropriate SSD attorney based on established firm guidelines.
• Schedule initial attorney consultations and coordinate calendar availability.
• Ensure all required documentation, notes, and client information are properly entered into the case management system.
• Maintain communication with clients regarding scheduled appointments and next steps.
• Conduct follow-up outreach when necessary to secure scheduled consultations.
• Work closely with Intake Agents, attorneys, and support staff to facilitate a smooth client handoff.
• Monitor appointment attendance and assist with rescheduling when needed.
• Identify and escalation of client concerns or scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer service during all client interactions.
• Assist with reporting and tracking consultation scheduling metrics and conversion opportunities.
