Job summary

Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota is seeking a Designated Coordinator to oversee program management for homes serving individuals with disabilities. You will ensure health, safety, and independence, and supervise Direct Support Professionals while maintaining budgets and records.

Responsibilities include medication oversight, relationship-building, and collaboration with counties and families. Requires relevant human services education and certification, plus driver’s license and supervisory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to Human Services and one year of direct care experience, or
• Associate's degree with two years of direct care experience, or
• Diploma in Human Services with three years of direct care experience, or
• Minimum of 50 hours of education/training and four years of direct care experience under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program management for homes supporting individuals with disabilities.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate Direct Support Professionals.
• Manage accounts payable, payroll records, petty cash, and budget monitoring.
