Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota is seeking a designated coordinator to oversee program management for homes serving individuals with disabilities. You will guide, support, and advocate to promote health, wellness, and independence while monitoring medications and maintaining individual care plans and financial records.
You will supervise Direct Support Professionals, handle payroll and accounts payable, and monitor budgets.
Annual salary of $48,500. $1,000 Hiring Bonus*
As a Designated Coordinator, you will oversee the program management for homes supporting individuals with disabilities. You will provide guidance, encouragement, support, comfort, security, and safety through relationship building, advocate that each individual's health and wellness needs are met, and promote independence in performing essential life skills. You will monitor medication administration and medical treatments, maintain each individual's plan and financial records per regulation and program policies, supervise, support, train, and evaluate Direct Support Professionals, manage accounts payable, payroll records, petty cash, and budget monitoring, and develop positive relationships with counties, families, stakeholders, and community organizations/groups. You will maintain documentation, perform record‑keeping, and participate in periodic meetings and trainings. Though hours are primarily Monday‑Friday, you will be expected to be available as needed for emergencies and program requirements.
