Job summary

Spring Dell Center, Inc. is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead daily operations of the day program in Charles County, MD. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and comfort with documentation software to ensure compliant, person-centered services.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and knowledge of DDA services and billing systems. This full-time position offers benefits and a structured 8:00–16:00 shift, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
Full driver’s license with clean record.
2 years driving experience with <2 points on record.
Experience working with disabled adults preferred.
Computer skills required.
Supervisory experience preferred.
DDA and iCM experience a plus.
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the day program ensuring services are compliant and person-centered.
Coordinate implementation and monitoring of center-based and community opportunities, experiences, and training while ensuring active engagement of all participants.
Provide leadership and supervision to staff and monitor program activities and staffing.
Coordinate and implement daily schedules for all, including community, volunteer, and employment opportunities.
Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the agency program software (iCM) and DDA Regulations, Waiver programs, and LTSS billing system.
