Job summary

Spring Dell Center, Inc. in Charles County, MD, is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead the day program, ensuring services are person-centered and compliant.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and documentation skills, with familiarity in iCM and DDA billing systems. The successful candidate will oversee staff, coordinate daily activities, and maintain quality program operations at a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Full driver's license.
• Clean driving record with 2 years driving experience and less than 2 points on driving record.
• Experience working with disabled adults preferred.
• Computer skills.
• Supervisory experience.
• DDA and ICM experience a plus.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the day program ensuring services are compliant and person-centered.
• Coordinate implementation and monitoring of all center-based and community opportunities, experiences, training while ensuring active engagement of all participants.
• Provide leadership and supervision to staff and monitors program activities and staffing.
• Coordinate and implement daily schedules for all, including community, volunteer, and employment opportunities.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the agency program software (iCM) and DDA Regulations, Waiver programs, and LTSS billing system.
